Google bringing smells on search platform with Google Nose, opens treasure hunt contest

On April Fool’s Day, Google announced to launch its new service Google Nose, offering the sharpest Photo auditory olfactory sensory experience available.

“Scentsation’ service will inspired to go beyond type, talk, and touch for Google Nose with a 15-scentibyte database of smells from around the world.

Declaring a shut down of YouTube service as part of an April Fool’s prank, Google also asked users to hunt for buried treasure using a new pirate-style ‘treasure mode’ on its maps, digitised by a special 3D nanoscanner, reports said.

As per media reports, There is a Try Google Smell button on the home page of Google Nose giving a random result.

“Smell” button will able to inhale smells around millions of atmospheric miles using Street Sense vehicles and Android Ambient Odor Detection via Android devices.
